Starting from meager beginnings, Löf is the pride and joy of Jeremy and Joe Martin. Based in East Longmeadow, MA, Joe and Jeremy have been baking bread for their community since 2022.
Simple ingredients can come together to become more than the sum of their parts. Löf celebrates this by striving to keep our products free from additives or preservatives. Our plain sourdough bread is made from flour, water and salt—the rest is just time and love.
We've grown to include more than the humble plain löf we started with, but we've stuck to our roots and mission to bring simple ingredients together with love. All of our products are naturally leavened with sourdough starter instead of commercial yeast.
Between bread, bagels and cookies, we hope to become your go-to sourdough source!
